Jared Loughner is a lefty loon.

While information is beginning to uncover who Jared Loughner is, the state-run-media outlets continue to blame Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. Incredible. Left wing zealot Paul Krugman was part of the choir bemoaning the 'Climate of Hate'. At first blush, after reading the title you would have to be forgiven for momentarily thinking that the piece might be about the Bush years and the dementia, outrage and hate that surrounded the Bush / Haliburton conspiracy. But no. The piece entirely leaves out the Bush years, but interestingly it does reach back to the Clinton years?

When you heard the terrible news from Arizona, were you completely surprised? Or were you, at some level, expecting something like this atrocity to happen?

Put me in the latter category. I’ve had a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach ever since the final stages of the 2008 campaign. I remembered the upsurge in political hatred after Bill Clinton’s election in 1992 — an upsurge that culminated in the Oklahoma City bombing. And you could see, just by watching the crowds at McCain-Palin rallies, that it was ready to happen again. The Department of Homeland Security reached the same conclusion: in April 2009 an internal report warned that right-wing extremism was on the rise, with a growing potential for violence.

Conveniently leaving out the Bush years he points the finger directly at Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. But guess what? Once again it turns out that the opposite is true. This guy was a one time supporter of Rep. Gabriel Giffords.

Ex-Friend: Loughner Wanted Eyes of Public, Media

On CBS' "Early Show" Tuesday, Tierney recalled Loughner's obsession with Giffords goes back to a 2007 event where Loughner posed a question which he didn't feel she answered, and became angry. Tierney said Loughner asked Giffords: "What is government if words have no meaning?"

Another report speaks of a letter in Jared's possession from the Representatives office thanking him for attending another event. But we've seen this before. They want their narrative to be etched into the minds of their blind faith followers before the facts get in the way of reality.

Remember the guy who flew a plane into an IRS building? Yep. Same drill. Blame those opposed to big government and higher taxes and then quietly mumble out of the side of your mouth that 'by the way thie guy who flew the plane into the IRS building was a democrat.

And sometimes they even purportrate the violence themselves on themselves so that they can play the victim and demonize their opponents at the same time.

 Shame on you Paul Krugman. You have revealed yourself to be nothing more than an opportunistic political operative who would use the tragic deaths of six people to further your ideological pursuits. But we already knew that about you.
